Aragon Solar was founded in 2018 by two NABCEP-certified solar installers who were tired of watching solar companies act as middlemen — selling systems and outsourcing the work to whoever had the lowest bid that week.
The result was predictable: inconsistent quality, warranty disputes, and homeowners who couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone when something went wrong. We built Aragon to be the opposite of that model.
Every installer on every job is an Aragon Solar employee. They're paid a salary, trained on our standards, and they're the same people who have to answer the phone if something goes wrong. That accountability is the whole model.
Our most non-negotiable rule. Every installation is performed by direct Aragon Solar employees. The person who designs your system is accountable to the person who installs it, who is accountable to the person who services it.
We'll tell you if solar doesn't make sense for your situation. We'll tell you if the payback period is longer than average. A customer who makes an informed decision is a customer who doesn't regret it — and that's the only kind of customer we want.
We have a Tier-1 panels-only policy. We've turned down sales rather than compromise on equipment. The panels on your roof should still be producing at 80% capacity in 2049. That only happens with the right hardware.
